WORST BANK EVER!

Worst bank to deal with by far! From their ATM's to customer service, banking app, online banking - until date no-one was able to assist me. I have the app for more than a year, and still am unable to use it. Harassed me via phone/email and sms for a credit card and credit increase recently. Everything was in order and funds were reflecting. When I went to use my card, it was declined due to insufficient funds!! After numerous attempts I got a hold of them to be told, THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND about increases and took away the credit without notifying me! And there's nothing they can do. Most embarrassing day of my life!
