WORST BANK EVER!!!
Nedbank,
You take charges off peoples accounts that is not even suppose to be charges to that persons account. This money that is our bread and butter and then leave us with nothing in our account to live off.
I have been phoning and begging and it is now over two weeks later and I am still ****** struggling to get my money back.
You people are *********** and useless.
I will be closing my account with you and take my business elsewhere. It has been the 2nd time you just take charges off my account and I need to wait weeks to get MY money back that I worked for. You can be dam well glad I don't sue you for theft!!!!!! Worst bank ever.
I thought I made the right choice joining your bank 5 years ago, only had problems ever since.
I have been hearing someone will phone me, I will sort this out now, for over two weeks no one ever bothers to do anything about it.
Instead I must use more airtime to sit on the phone for 15-20 minutes to get told the same thing.
Nedbank is pathetic.
Also amazing that this reply gets sent to everyone writing a bad review. Such a pity that it looks like nothing gets done from Nedbank side to keep their customers happy!!!
