Worst Bank Ever

I have been a nedbank client from 2011 to this day i never thought that the bank i trusted with my own money would be easily accessible to *****sters and i ended up being de*****ed my earned money ,on the 27 June 2025 it was a friday afternoon i went the nedbank branch in eastgate mall to change my card from savings to my goal account and in which i was handed a card and it was not sealed and not enclosed to an envelope and it was changed to my preferred one by the consultant immediately after getting the cards i went to the atm to make a withdrawal of R2000.00 leaving me with an available of R28000 and some rands and i left the atm and on the 28th i tried to make a transaction using the same card and to my surprise my account was left without money but i didn't get any notifications of transaction that had occurred and on tuesday i went to the bank to find out what happened and i was informed that the bank will conduct an investigation at this point i am awaiting feedback while i am left without money because nedbank failed to protect my account as my bank
