Worst bank ever!!!!!

2 issues on Credit Card , No. 1 interest within one month went up by almost 5% and no reason why <br> No.2 Every monthh I have to call n beg for my Credit Card statement never once did I receive it , I have to call every month and ask then I don't even receive. On time have to keep on calling until someone actually sends it. I'm done with this bank . I also asked for settlement balance and that was an issue to supply .
