Worst bank ever

Warning to prospective @Nedbank customers - save yourself endless stress and avoid this bank. Two months later and I am still waiting for Sandton branch Credit Card dept to close my account. Requested the branch to close two accounts as I could no longer deal with their shockingly bad service levels. Even their banking app is a hot mess. Multiple follow-ups required me to literally sit over their regional manager to have him do his job - still no resolution but endless lip service. On two occasions I was informed that my accounts were closed only to discover they were not. This inefficiency is incredible and unacceptable @Nedbank. Whoever is running the Sandton branch needs to be held accountable. My advice is to steer clear of Nedbank and not unduly burden yourself. To say that they are the pits is to be generous - it's a complete farce dealing with sheer incompetence.
