Worst bank ever

Last week Thursday I opened a account online with nedbank the worst experience that has ever happened to me I changed banks from capitec to nedbank and wow I should have stayed at capitec first thing I open the account online then they didn’t even call me and tell me my card was at the branch that I asked for my cards to be drop at I had to call second I went to the Northgate branch and collected my cards and I don’t know what happened but everything just got messed up after that I could not withdraw money i could not deposit money I called and called they head office to help me they would transfer me from one department to a another then I asked to speak to the Northgate manager she was so rude I was very shocked on the services I got from being a nedbank customer for only 7 days wow never have I every experience such messed up services at capitec i can’t believe it I have spoken also to past nedbank customers and they say the same thing that it the worst bank ever
