Worst Bank

Nedbank is by far the worst bank, 1st you cant reverse any money sent from your account which to me is stupid. 2nd nebank is a ****. I sent myself money to my cellphone number, an sms that my money was out was sent to me but i never got the voucher pin sms, I dialed the 120 number but it says i have no voucher on this number. I have made serval attempts to nedbank but they seem to not be taking me seriously. This is the worst bank that is why I am switching to fnb. Nedbank is giving me the run around with money i am entitled to.
