Worst bank and customer service

This is worst bank ever after 6 years of not using them they started to pester me with sms’s saying I owe them money. I made a plan to travel 400km to go pay this money and close the account that they lacked the brain cells to do them selves. I made payment and went in to the branch in Kimberley and closed the account. I received again another sms saying I am in arrears with them and can expect a visit from the sheriff. I phoned again only to be told that I am in arrears I told the lady that I will not pay them twice as I have made payment and they closed the account the same day. The lady on the phone laughed at me and then said it’s up to me.

This bank is the most unprofessional bank ever and I would never recommend them or use there unprofessional services again in my life.
