Worse service than a government department

Worst service EVER!!! In the interests of the convenience NEDBANK advertised, I started a business registration process with them whereby they register the business for you and supposedly open up a business acount for you, BEE certificate etc

suffice it to say none of that was done and over 10 email inquiries have not be rep****. I paid in my registration fee and a name reservation was confirmed by the CIPC...NB: not nedbank. naturally, I waited and tried to give the process time as we have been in lock down. Nothing happened. I then inquired, offering to provide any outstanding documents should any be required (my initiative not theirs). Still no response.

I have complained on their website, on email, via phone.....NOTHING

now, if you cannot provide service right at the sales end of the relationship, what service at all can one expect when you clowns are getting your interest and transaction fees?
