Worse Service Ever!

I am highly appalled at the service and the offerings that Nedbank claims to provide to their customers.

The rebate they claim that you will receive is a bunch of lies, the rebate you will receive once off if your salary goes into this account also a bunch of lies....

They are quick to charge you for selecting a debit order date that is convenient for you as a customer, yet they cannot deliver on their customer offerings timeously.

I think I have spoken to over 10 or so people in the last 3 months regarding the rebate owed, everyone apologizes and escalates the matter yet no one gets back to you with a positive outcome, managers do not even make contact with you to ensure you that they acknowledge your concerns... yet Nedbank is the no1 retail bank for 2024... No.1 my foot!

Their turn around time is 21days, seems more like 91 days, because till today no one has gotten back to me!

This is just a ploy for you to ***** customers from other banks that do not provide such ****py service.
