Worse service ever

I've never been so dissapointed and angry with the service i got at Nedbank (greenstone mall) on 27th June.i went to the ATM to withdraw funds as i was waiting for the money to come out, the machine went off on me.I tried calling and guess what, the lady on the line told me she can't hear me she has to hang up.so i decided to go to the branch....wow what a bad service i got.they do not know what happened so the will just log a call,by that time I did not have money to go home.I went through the reviews to check if i am the only one hahaha I was shocked.
