Worse service ever!!!

I have been at Nedbank Mnyandu Mall from 9:30 till now haven’t been assisted in opening just an account.. how much more trouble will l experience once l have an account? No one is telling us what is happening and the staff friends are jumping the que we are told they have an appointment with the consultants? How is even that possible.. this be the worst experience for a first time user!! I’m disgusted to express how l feel.. spending more than 2 hours? Noo nedbank that’s poor customer experience
