Worse service and rude staff

I spoke to exactly 7 people. Very rude. The number I dialed was ***. On the call, I specified, made it clear that it's for my car insurance not for car installment as in mfc. But nobody was interested in what I had to say, they are all in a hurry to transfer me from one department to another. The 2nd last person before Kgomolemo Pule was even worse than being rude, she interrupted me while I was talking. The service is bad. I'm not happy
