worse pathetic service ever

pathetic service from one of our four major banks ,I app**** for credit card with Nedbank and I had bad experience with them. I had a pre approve with them *** which I had 4 days ago. I submitted the documents to them and later today they tried calling me and I was not available because I was consulting. Now I am told my deal is declined because I was not available when the called once?????

i then called the sales consultant Tumelo Muso regarding my problem and he told me they will revert back to me on Monday. They haven't send an email or a sms regarding getting hold of me. This is a worse pathetic service I have ever had in south Africa. You guys are treating black academics like trash. A white client would have been treated better than me. PLEASE TREAT US EQUAL .hoping to hear from you soon.
