Worse insurance in the counrty!

I previously wrote a review on Nedbank.Still have not heard from them,except an email they cc'd me on written to some of their co workers,saying they should handle it.I don't understand what it is with them,they dont speak to us at all,no phone calls,no emails-nothing.So we dont know what is happening.They sent me forms to fill out last week,which I had to return,which I did,but from there nothing.I have never had worse service in my life from a company.Will definitely not recommend this insurance to my worst enemy
