WORSE EVER NEDBANK

They changed their online system saying it is a more secure platform. I don't think so.The old platform showed up when money was transfered or paid. Now money disappers off my account and it is a long story to just get them to check. Bank's hand are tied as I have to call the call centre(and I do not know any face there)At least I know the people at the bank. I do not trust unknown call centre staff. POP now has you total name on and acc no. What next. Statements are not update on their system on a regulare base either. I will not recommend this bank anylonger. They call me by my name all statements and correspondance by my name. A bank is not my friend and all correspondance should be Mr ..initial and surname. Not name based. It should be proffessional. I asked for no correspondace of the bank trying to sell services offered yet I am called on a almost daily.
