Worse customer service ever

I called nedbank to find out if they delivered my card which I ordered on the 15th I spoke to two people who hung up on me when i was finally transferred to life style Ruby laughed at me made me hold over 20 minutes to only to tell me my card was not ordered worse customer service i have ever received in my life I'm closing my account tomorrow
