Worse bank, worse customer service

Worse bank ever. I've been with them since 2018, I have an excellent credit rating I have a credit card, overdraft and personal loan with them and till date have never missed a payment. However when I asked them for a top up on my loan I was approved and then later turned down cause they feel I couldn't afford a few hundred extra to pay towards the loan. Anyway long story short I did get approved for a loan at a different place so decided to pay my loan off in full so I don't have much credit also I was disgusted at the recent customer service I had with nedbank the consultants were rude and talking on top of my voice I decided I wana change banks eventually this month I realized that nedbank has caused my credit score to drop by saying I made a payment late which was never the case because they do the debit and it was done on time I even have proof when I tried to find out what's going on I was transferred from place to place and still didn't receive satisfactory help until I demanded but even then it was sad to see nedbank become so bad. I stayed with them for so long because of great customer service but not anymore. Please be careful with this bank.
