WORSE BANK EVER WHERE HAVE YOU HEARD YOUR HOME LOAN DEBITED TWICE IN ONE MONTH

I currently have a bond with Nedbank and i am so upset my bond was debited twice for this month when i called to get it reversed i was told it will take 3 to 4 hours to reflect i called again with the reference number after 5 hours now i am being told of 48 hours this has left me so furious as now there is not sufficient funds for my other debit orders how inconvenient can this be and the consultants i spoke to dont give a fly as this is now my problem they also debit my home loan on the 20th which were always debited on the 25th of each month i must be honest this is the worse bank in SA i have ever dealt with i regret have accepted a bond with them i am furious lets now hope this money has been reversed as i am going to consult with the OMBUDSMAN NO MAN THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY ANNOYING
