Worse bank ever, No feedback provided.

Nedbank is the worsed bank you can ever apply for credit with, i have settled my account with then and 2 years later it shows on my credit record that i have arrears and adverse information and as a result i cant apply for anything. I have been fyting with them for over 2 years now to fix the error but they never get back to me.
