Worse bank ever.

I have a persistent debit order I did not approve. I have tried reporting it for ***** no less than five times. I do not have an overdraft facility, yet this debit order keeps being honored. Every month I have to reverse it, and ever month Nedbank *****s R90 from me. Their ***** department is a *****. I no longer use the Nedbank account, have stopped all cards, yet I have no control of the account going in the red. I have no idea what to do more.
