Working with their courier partner to provide bad service

This bank handed over my bank card for delivery to my selected locker. Since then I contacted them to follow up for me on why it is taking so long.

The agent said they will contact me with feedback. It's gone couple days now and no response from the bank.

This is terrible service from the bank and its courier partner. You guys are working together to provide bad service.
