Opened a NEDBANK ACCOUNT ON THE 23rd of June 2023 in Bela Bela and was advised that everything was fine i can start using my account. Money was deposited into my account and i could not have access to it when i spoke to one of their consultants via the app i was told my FICA was done incorrectly and i need to visit the branch. Upon arriving at the branch i was told my account has been blocked because my FICA was not done, now when i want to close the account im told i cannot close the account need to wait at least 3 months. NEDBANK is denying me access to my money and refuse to close the account.
