Wonderful service from Mohamed
I was at Nedbank on 12 Jan 2016 to close my bankaccount which has been dormant for years.<br> Mohamed informed me that I first need to FICA my account and he helped me through the whole process with an amazing attitude.<br> He explained everything so thoroughly to me and he tried everything in his power to find the simplest solution.<br> It was the first time in my life that I had a positive experience at ANY banking institution.<br> The manager who assisted Mohamed was also so friendly and helpful, it was really a pleasant experience.<br> Well Done Nedbank!
