Wonderful service all round

What a refreshing great service I received from Nedbank Mall Of Africa, a gentleman by the name of Tswane, very friendly very helpful, he went above and beyond his duty, to an extent he went to the sales agent to enquire about the unusual high initiation fee, thus was.refreshijg to experience from a bank, thank Mr Tswane for your great service.

Then I had to call the call centre to activate the account and got another great service from Muzi, listened and answered all my question and was patient with me as I had a lot of questions.

To even Phumelelo the lady who was processing the application called just to insure I was up to date with what was happening with application
