Wonderful Nedbank employee

Just want to give a shout out to Lynette Coltman at Nedbank Baywest Mall. She helped me recently to sort out opening a new account after my husband died suddenly. Not only was she sympathetic and understanding. She kept me updated with the progress of everything and made the whole process easier. It has been an incredibly difficult couple of weeks for me and she was a big ray of sunshine. She deserves a huge raise.
