Wonderful and great feedback

<p>I did write a complain about nedbank last week,and recently the manner in which they attended to my case is rewarded with five stars,starting from Mr Nicolas Govender,I was so angry when he called me but he managed to cool me off,that's how client service is about managing the client, thank a lot Mr Nicholas Govender,Then came along the Area Manager of Nedbank,Northern Cape,she is God sent Angel,she promised to help with my case and I am relieved after hearing how she consoled me,and promised to deal with my problem, the conversation with her made me to stay at Nedbank after I nearly decided to leave Nedbank,Thanks a lot Mrs/miss Area manager Northern Cape,you are the best,God sent Angel keep up on helping people</p>
