Wonderful, amazing!

It was so nice to once again feel like a customer and not like an irritation. I went to the bank, a task I always dreaded, as I am always met with contempt. But, today when I went to Nedbank at Cascades in PMB it was something unbelievable. I went there 20 Minutes before closing time and in that time I was able to exchange my dollars into rands without any hassle, deposit other money and also open a new account, When closing time came the wonderful ladies just carried on and never looked at there watches! I am not used to this happening in the new system of operations and it was such a pleasant surprise, They where so kind and friendly, They asked me a lot of questions out of interest as if really trying to get to know me better, which was fanatic, as it made me fell wanted and valued as a customer, Ladies, what a wonderful job, please keep up that great work, as you really are the first bank that to me cares and wants to make a difference in peoples lives!<br> Yours sincerely<br> Myles Christopher Oates
