Hi I called Nedbank regarding my debit order.Your consultant by the name of Wonder Nguvelanga was not a pleasure to speak to at all. He's very arrogant .His service is VERY VERY POOR.He must learn to be solution driven.He must learn to listen and give solutions and not provoke clients. Empathy is important when you deal with people.What a mess
