Wonder if i made a good decision

So i recently app**** for Nedbank acc and switched my salary, but it seems i should have sticked with Absa as i am not getting any help i have not received yhe card but your app asking me to activate it, and i tried switching debit orders on the app which is a mission the companies I want to switch are not listed and i tried the chat thing which gives an error then called the call center i was on hold for 52 minutes....i think i made a bad decision Absa waiting time is 1minute and you guys don't even communicate where my card is.
