Withholding my money. Please pay my credit!!!!!!!!!!

I paid up my loan account via Absa and there was extra money left that was overpaid.

I called last week Thursday and they told me i would receive my credit today.

Today I called and they informed me that there is a credit of R3160 and they informed me that I cant get my credit as they need a proof of payment.

Why wasnt I told that last week. I will not wait another 3 days and I will not go look for documentation, as you can clearly see it's paid up. Please take it up with the agent I spoke to last week Thursday.

I have bills to pay and I want my money "TODAY". It's my money.

Please dont call me. Just send me my money.
