Withheld withdrawal not refunded for over 3 months.

I have withdrawn an amount of R2300 from a Nedbank ATM using my Standard card outside Times Square are Menlyn Maine on the 17th of December 2024. Your ATM swallowed my card and to date the R2300 has yet been refunded. You ATM gave me this message: "Your card has been retained".
