Withdrew money that came out torn!!!

Went to withdraw money on Saturday using nedbank atm only for my note to come torn and in a bad state, i went back to the branch today(Monday) and no one was willing to help. All they did was to deny that no such note would come out of their ATM. Im so dissappointed!
