Withdrawal issue

Hellopeter kindly assist me with an my aunt has with the above mentioned bank. My aunt made a notice last week for the release of her funds but now she is struggling to withdraw hence Nedbank has not processed the funds. This usually takes 24 hours but it’s over a week now since the made the withdrawal.
