WITHDRAWAL FEE

7 March 2015 I'm in Lonehill shopping centre and want to withdraw money from ATM. ATM is not working, again, and there is a message to the effect 'go find another ATM somewhere else'. Go into branch and tell them there ATM is not working, and they say 'we know get your money from the teller'. I remind thekm that they cannot charge me a withdrawal fee as their ATM is not working and there is a notice to that effect (been through this hoop before and I hae a set monthly admin fee). Withdraw the money and toddle off. Get my statement and find that Neddies Lonehill have charged me a withdrawal fee. Call customer service, speak to 4 people, eventually get a girlie who tells me I have to go into Lonehill and ask them to reverse the fee. It's Neddies' fault, Neddies' must fix it. An whilst they are busy fixing things, can they please fix the ATM at the Design Centre because, again, it is not working.
