With No Consent

I took out a loan a few months ago and had requested for the debit to happen every month on the 26 and things were fine until this month.. The debit happened on the 12/12/2015 at 04:00.. I'm sorry when did I agree for this to happen?? I called the loans department and spoke to a gentleman who first said that SMSes were sent out about the alternative debit date and because there was cash in my account, they processed the debit. Firstly I did not receive any sms! And then he said that things were going to be sorted and the debit will happen on the 24th so refund will be done and the amount will reflect on Sunday morning.. NOTHING! Called them again today and spoke to another gentleman who said refund request has been sent through so the amount should reflect today, and once again NOTHING! <br> Whether there was cash in my account or not I didn't authorise for such to happen so I need this sorted ASAP..<br> Reference number: ***.
