I ask an agent yesterday to email my bond documents

NOTHING

I have to ask again this morning

GUESS WHAT?! The agent tells me "Notice to sell is not on the bond Jacobus, I am locating the case to see what happened, I am seeing a cancellation hold on the bond instead of the notice to sell"

So not only do I need to follow up on something Nedbank DIDNT do, I am also finding more stuff they messed up.

WHAT A SHAMBLES!
