With bankers so bad, I should just use online banking and cancel professional banking

Since I upgraded to professional banking everything has been a MAJOR mess. I got delivered the wrong cards I could not change the PIN on the cards at the ATM I got delivered to many cards, got every card delivered on a different day There was a duplicate transaction which it has taken 2 weeks now to reverse and still nothing. Why is my banker in KZN Can I please get a NEW banker from Gauteng who can actually do something as I am paying double and getting NOTHING
