Wills and deceased estates department

I wish I knew this before my parents placed their will with Old Mutual/Nedbank. I am now in exactly the same boat as others. A month after my mother passing away and I haven't even had an automated reply from ***. They do answer the telephone but they always take a message because all the agents are busy. Don't bother waiting for them to phone you back. The worst part is that they get paid to hold the will and expect that they will become the executors of the estate. Fat chance I'll allow that!!!
