Wills and deceased estates department

The Nedbank wills and estates department service is terrible. I have sent numerous emails and complaints trying to sort out my mothers estate and they do not respond to my emails. It has been over three months since she has passed away and her death hasn’t even been reported to the master of high court. Please do your loved ones a favour and do not get a will with Nedbank.I’m absolutely appalled with the total lack of service and care for the family having to deal with this ordeal. If I was able to give no stars for their service, I would.
