Will not recommend Nedbanks Credit card division

Would not recommend Nedbank Credit card division for the public- been a client more many years at Nedbank, my Bond,business account, personal account and still can't get a Credit card from Nedbank- I've spend 45min yesterday with a consultant at Credit card division she assured me she will call me back just silent- totally ***********...surely they can trace my recorded conversation- Mr Beket- ID ***
