Will never deal with Nedbank again 🤬

I am under debt review, the request to cancel a debit order was sent a month before the debit order was due. Surprise, surprise Nedbank didn’t do anything and now I have to battle to get MY money back. And now Nedbank has left me with no funds for the month and they actually don’t even care
