will nedbank write off interest like they wrote off millions?

I have a 17 year old credit card with these people that they have not perscribed. the "summons" was never delivered to me. but ja. the credit card limit was R 10k. now with interest it has gone up to R 19k. i want to pay this off, however lets make an arrangement to pay only the 10k that owed and not all this interest. I can pay the 10k at the end of the month but this after 17 years of waiting(greedily) for money yet writing off 100 000's for others you are will to forget about the interest.
