will cancel my accounts

This is the last month my salary going to this bank. I don't have money to go to work, If I try to withdraw money from the investment they say I should accept the approve it message. I even went to Nedbank Midway crossing and call call Centre they couldn't help me because I couldn't accept the approve it message it disappearing after accepting. even if I use internet banking it still doesn't want to approve the message
