I'm not happy with the response that I got from Old mutual and nedbank ...they referred me back to their mail box unit which is not action regularly...I had enough I'm taking this to media.

We can't be suffering with your incompetence,this thing is being going on for too long and they not making progress...all I'm getting is mails from manager that are not coming up with solutions to solve the matter
