WiFi nor working in Glenmarais Nedbank branch

The Nedbank branch in glenmarais is closer to me and is my branch.Yesterday Saturday the 4th I went there at 11:30 cause I knew they close at 12.I asked to use their WiFi to access my email which contained a statement of my levies which I needed to have their debit order bank details.I was given the branch password but I couldn’t connect.I was told that their WiFi sometimes doesn’t work.I had to go back home to use my WiFi but by the time I got back the branch was closed.Thet don’t even open on Sundays like Capitec does on the 1st weekend of the month.That for me isn’t a good service.The worst thing is it was Loadshedding after 12 I’m glenmarais so I couldn’t even contact their customer service center cause when it’s Loadshedding there’s no network.
