WHY WONT ANYONE AT NEDBANK HELP ME???

I have been asking Nedbank for help regarding to do with something on their browser for a customer of mine with a problem she is experiencing and what i can do on my end to fix it and not is what they telling me to do the most utter ******* ive heard when they do try help me when i call to customer support. I have asked my bank manager about the issue, i tried to email the head of IT and i dont get any help from anyone with a working solution. CAN SOMEONE FROM YOUR IT DEPARTMENT THAT WORKS ON THE WEBSITE TO PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME OR RESPOND TO THIS SO THAT I CAN GET THE PROBLEM FIXED PLEASE >>> PLEASE !!!!!!!!!
