WHY WE SHOULD NOT “DOWNGRADE” TO THE (VASTLY IMPROVED…..???) NEW NEDBANK INTERNET SITE……! ! !

This morning when I LOGGED in at the Old Internet Site a NEW Message came up in a Big Green Square Block……; “YOUR ONLINE BANKING UPGRADE IS FINALLY HERE…..The much-loved old Internet Banking will soon be replaced with our vastly improved site on 18 February 2021. .Get ready for a treat!

FURTHERMORE So Nedbank has graciously decided to give us some more time to get over the shock of the BAD NEWS and…….. extended the Date of the Changeover to the New……..so called “IMPROVED” Internet Banking….. from November 2020 to February 2021. I could be wrong…..but could that perhaps be an indication that quite a Large Number of Customers ARE NOT AT ALL interested to Change Over to their so called “UPGRADED SITE”…. I presume they need more time to Brainwash their Customers to change their mind…….! ! ! HERE’S WHY I AM COMPLETELY AGAINST THE NEW SITE……..

1) The Rambling….Confusing……Incoherent and UN-USER FRIENDLY Opening Page is “Cluttered” like a “Spring Forest” with Hundreds and Thousands of Leaves covering the Ground.

2) The New Internet is Definitely Not an Improvement on the Old One …….to the Contrary…….

3) It is a Flop and a Big Step Back……a 12 Year Old Child Could Design a Better One….. ! ! !

4) It is a Very Cumbersome…… Un-Intuitive and Anti-User Friendly Site.

5) The Current Statement Lay-Out is Useless: It has got only Three Columns: *Date …. *Debit / Credit…. *Balance ….. which makes it useless to Copy and Paste it on an Excel Spread Sheet Cash Book Ledger.

6) The Old Internet Statement Copies and Paste Great on the Excel Spread Sheet Cash Book Ledger with its 4 Columns: *Date …. *Debit …… * Credit ….. *Balance. Which is the correct layout for a Cash Book Ledger.

7) The Old Site Starts with the Latest Entries on Top of the page and……not like the New Site with its useless Oldest Entries on Top of the page….. ! ! ! Please find attached a Screen Print of my Nedbank Cheque Account Ledger.....! ! ! Kind regards Hans
