Why the hell is Money disappearing in my account???????????

Money keeps disappearing from my account and I'm sick of it.I went to Sandton City branch and a lady by the name of Katlego who was assisting me behaved like I was hallucinating. demanding my money to be refunded to my account is proving to be a nightmare.I want this account done with I'm so sick of this bank
