Why take me to Legal when I'm paying???

I am quite surprised that nedbank has decided to take me to court for my debt when I have been paying and always calling if there's a possible default and then fixing that. I have even advised on Telephone that I am no longer working and mind you paying R1000 per month. So banks like Nedbank all want to just make you be in more debt and when you are paying by involving lawyers. How evil when I have never not called when there's payment problem and payed on alternative arrangement dates. It's such a pity that making money is at the core even such cases. I have been following procedure thus far and making sure I call in all the time so what's this now sms you send to me about R5000 more from lawyers. Evil Banks when people are following procedure and being transparent and honest. I've never even ignored a call.
